Description
Duties:
We're assembling a team of people who work directly with customers at the reservation office on the phone and in our check-in building. Reservationists explain adventure details, process reservations, then check them in when they show up for their trips. An effective person in this position is detail-oriented, patient and appreciates working with people. You will come away with an increased ability to gracefully multitask under pressure! Cashiers check in guests when they arrive for their adventure. They make sure all necessary paperwork is filled out, handle payment, then direct them to the guide staff for their gear. The position includes both retail customer service, maintenance of equipment and organization of inventory. Detail-oriented team players who are “people” people are encouraged to apply for this position. You will certainly leave the season with a top to bottom retail experience and an ability to prioritize and get the job done under pressure!
Requirments:
- Explain policies and answer guest questions about our river trips.
- Working within our online reservation system to identify issues.
- Working with guests to help them complete waivers.
- Stocking.
- Inventory.
- Work within the reservation system to check people in and take retail payments.
