Description
Duties:
Caregiver needed for my 12 year old grandson who has Cerebral Palsy. He is a very pleasant, happy kid with a wonderful personality. Although he is in a wheelchair without walking capability, he is very outgoing and active. Duties would include playing with him or doing activities, assisting with meals, personal hygiene, and possibly outings to extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Must be responsible and reliable with own transportation.
- A live for helping someone with special needs meet their own potential.
- Must be physically able to assist in lifting.
- A background check is required.
How to apply:
Salary
$12.80 per hour (thru Medicaid)
Hours per week
10-15 average
Specific hours
Very flexible but would like 3:45-6:45 pm after school 1-3 afternoons per week; occasionally on Saturdays as needed.
Duration of position
Now through 23/24 school year.
