Description
Duties:
I am looking for someone to sit with my grandfather while I am at work. Lou is a 94-year-old man who can still walk with some assistance. Your job will be to ensure that he is safe and comfortable and to contact me if he falls or otherwise needs help. Tasks may include: making coffee, retreiving snacks and medications, getting the mail, and taking out trash. Lou does like to talk when he is awake, but he spends most of the day dozing and watching TV at a high volume (mostly The Weather Channel and old westerns). While you are at the house, you can feel free to do homework/study and wear headphones (as long as you can still hear him).
Requirements:
For this job, you will need to be available for a few hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am-3pm (schedule is flexible). You should be able to lift ~30lbs and be able to walk easily around a house that has narrow hallways.How to apply:
