Description

Duties:

Ministry with youth of all ages. Lead a monthly Zoom engagement with youth. Using a roster, send birthday cards when appropriate. Create one activity/lesson every two weeks. Lessons are based on the Episcopal Church's lectionary. Lead a monthly, short Bible story with the younger children. Submit a monthly calendar of activities to the priest a month in advance. Attend all staff meetings. Provide a monthly summary of engagement to the Vestry.

Requirements: 

Experience with youth and/or youth ministry. Ability to use social media. Must be a team player and have a willingness to minister under the supervision of the priest. Possess written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle conflict. Possess a respect for the Episcopal Tradition. Must be willing to be Safe Church trained and submit to a background check.
