Parker is a graduate assistant working for the Challace McMillin Center for Sport Psychology.  He is currently a graduate student in James Madison University’s Combined-Integrated Doctoral Program in Clinical and School Psychology.  Parker received a Master of Education in Counseling with a concentration in Sport Psychology from Boston University in 2019.  While at BU, Parker served as a mental performance consultant intern to student-athletes at Tufts University.  In addition, he co-facilitated a positive youth development program that used weightlifting as a mode to teach life skills to students at English High School.  His research interests include: performance enhancement in sport, college student-athlete mental health and well-being, and positive youth development through sport.
