Agency/Sponsor: The Camille & Henry Dreyfus Foundation

The Camille Dreyfus Teacher-Scholar Awards Program supports the research and teaching careers of talented young faculty in the chemical sciences. Based on institutional nominations, the program provides discretionary funding to faculty at an early stage in their careers. The Camille Dreyfus Teacher-Scholar Awards Program provides an unrestricted research grant of $75,000.

Eligible applicants must hold a full-time tenure-track academic appointment, and are normally expected to have been appointed no earlier than mid-year 2012.

Contact Debbie Perrone at or 540-568-4447, who is coordinating JMU submissions and helping to answer questions about this funding opportunity. The Office of Sponsored Programs will be available to work with you on the budget portion and proposal submission.

Institutions are limited to 1 submission only, so if there is increased interest, this will become a limited submissions and OSP will place an internal deadline.
