Projects should disseminate economic thinking and knowledge, produce materials, conduct seminars and workshops that promote discussion and assist in the development of greater economic literacy, promote the interchange of ideas and experiences of economic theory among students, teachers, business men and women, and those in government of economic, and further the purposes through cooperation with organizations, schools and universities, or foundations. Special interest topics include on-line and web-based instruction strategies and programs that encourage measurement of economic understanding more often. 

The Foundations looks favorable at programs with matching funds. Grant awards average around $22,000.
