Jason is pursuing a graduate degree in Campus Recreation Leadership and is expected to graduate in May 2014. His hometown is Hernando, Mississippi. Jason attended the University of Mississippi, where he earned two undergraduate degrees: one in Criminal Justice with his emphasis in Homeland Security, and the other in Political Science. He minored in Journalism and New Media.
While at Ole Miss, Jason worked as an Intramural Sports and Sport Club Student Supervisor, as well as a Center Manager for the Turner Recreational Center. He also worked as a Competitive Sports intern at the University of California, Los Angeles during the summer of 2012. He was four-year member of the Ole Miss rugby team, serving as the club's president during his senior year. In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing guitar, and meeting new people. His favorite quote is "It's what you learn after you know it all that counts," from Coach John Wooden.
