police/police-operations_rad_systemThe Women's Self-Defense Classes are a comprehensive course for WOMEN that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance while progressing to the basics of hands-on defense training. Classes are not martial arts programs. Classes are dedicated to teaching women defensive concepts, skills, and techniques of realistic defensive moves. Classes will provide the knowledge to make an educated decision about resisting confrontation and physical harm. All participants receive a lifetime free return and practice policy. The Women's Self-Defense classes at JMU are taught by trained instructors from the JMU Police Department
