Jason Goodfriend, a year 2000 graduate of James Madison University majoring in Political Science, has over 16 years of experience in the Government and private sector as a corporate executive, contract program manager, intelligence analyst, and military officer. He is a certified Project Management Professional and has held multiple leadership positions in industry in both large and small companies supporting various Government agencies and leading business areas focused on market growth and diversification. He has successfully executed multi-million dollar programs and developed business winning opportunities in new and expanding Government services markets. He has led business organizations consisting of contract operations, business development, business capture, proposal development and specialized subject matter expertise support. Mr. Goodfriend currently the Chief Operating Officer at Cyberspace Solutions, a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned small business focused on providing classified and unclassified government Analytic Services and Information Technology solutions. Prior to joining Cyberspace Solutions, Mr. Goodfriend spent over nine years at BAE Systems as an executive manager and analyst, leading an analytic business organization with programs in the Defense, Homeland Security, and Law Enforcement sectors. Additionally, he served as a senior political analyst supporting the Joint Staff for over three years. Prior to joining the private sector, Mr. Goodfriend served as a United States Army Intelligence Officer holding multiple leadership and analytic positions while serving overseas including deployments to Kosovo in 2002 and Iraq in 2004 and 2005. His awards and decorations include the Bronze Star, Combat Action Badge, and Army Commendation Medal.
