Professor Binsted’s research is broadly focused on phenomenology, aesthetics, imagination and Nietzsche studies. Themes in his recent work focus more specifically on questions concerning the relation between philosophical methodology and psychology, the nature of image consciousness, as well as postmodern pathologies of the social, individual and philosophical imagination.
