Program Overview

Course Vision: Professionals gain foundational knowledge about project management, and appreciation for their individual roles in achieving project and organizational outcomes. Participants are able to concisely communicate an unbiased perspective of project- and task-level statuses and challenges, for the purpose of supporting informed decision-making by project leaders.

Course Format:

  • Learn using a Class Case Study!
  • Work in teams during the training to immediately apply concepts and tools
  • Meet on Zoom for this 100% Online Course
  • 2 Formats! Four 3-Hour Sessions, or Two 6-hour Sessions, for 12 Hours of live instruction.
  • Access class recordings if needed (live attendance highly encouraged)
  • Use Miro, an online whiteboard, for applied learning
  • Textbook included in price

Registration Information

Admission Requirements: There are no prerequisites to enroll in the program.

Program Completion Requirements: Pass the final quiz with 80%; Submit a short written reflection statement

By Mail: To pay by check*, please complete the registration form and mail with payment to the address shown on the form no later than 3 weeks prior to the start date to allow for mail time.

*A $50 fee will be assessed for any check returned by the bank.
