Program Overview
Course Vision: Professionals gain foundational knowledge about project management, and appreciation for their individual roles in achieving project and organizational outcomes. Participants are able to concisely communicate an unbiased perspective of project- and task-level statuses and challenges, for the purpose of supporting informed decision-making by project leaders.
Course Format:
- Learn using a Class Case Study!
- Work in teams during the training to immediately apply concepts and tools
- Meet on Zoom for this 100% Online Course
- 2 Formats! Four 3-Hour Sessions, or Two 6-hour Sessions, for 12 Hours of live instruction.
- Access class recordings if needed (live attendance highly encouraged)
- Use Miro, an online whiteboard, for applied learning

Admission Requirements: There are no prerequisites to enroll in the program.
Program Completion Requirements: Pass the final quiz with 80%; Submit a short written reflection statement
