The Hart School Culinary Camp is a great opportunity for young culinarians to sharpen their skills and learn new culinary techniques. In addition, campers will explore the intersection between culinary and nutrition through seminars and off-campus field trips. Students will interact with local chefs, visit surrounding farms to learn about the food cycle, and be exposed to new foods and cuisines. Classes will be led by JMU Faculty and current hospitality students in the Hart School of Hospitality, Sport, and Recreation Management.

Full Day Camp for Rising 5th - 8th Grades

Dates: July 12 - 16, 2021, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Program Fee: $320.00

 *Students will be eating prepared foods as part of the program and therefore will not be eating lunch on campus in a dining hall. If special dietary accomodations are needed, students may bring their own packed lunch.
