Director, Lifelong Learning Institute

I became the Director of the Lifelong Learning Institute in July of 2022. As the Director, I oversee a wonderful staff and volunteer Advisory Board that works to bring all of our programs and experiences to learners of any age. I engage with the community to bring the value and understanding of LLI to others and collaborate on opportunities to expand and increase our impact. Prior to that I was the Associate Director of the Title IX Office here at James Madison University.

My career before coming to JMU found me engaged in the field of training and organizational development in higher education, corporate environments, and non-profits. Running as a thread in all that I have done is a deep commitment to adult education and a firm belief that we are always learning. I am also a credentialed coached and maintain a small private leadership and executive coaching practice.

I hold two Master degrees; one, a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from LaSalle University in Philadelphia and the other, a Master of Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickenson University in Teaneck, NJ.

Participating in learning for learning’s sake is the utmost gift that aligns with my values of collaboration, partnership, and relationship. Let’s learn together!
