Let JMU's test-preparation program help you prepare for these important tests! Blitz classes, offered during the academic year, include 16 hours of instruction and are strategically scheduled for the weeks leading up to the most popular SAT or ACT test dates. Classes are scheduled to allow time to practice new skills between sessions. Our multi-week course format allows abundant opportunities for learning and for interacting with our expert instructors. Summer Institutes offer the same curriculum, materials, and online resources as our Blitz classes, but they are scheduled during the summer when many students have more time available for practice. Their format is more condensed.

Free Strategies for Success Workshop

JMU Test Prep offers FREE strategy workshops to provide you an informative combined introduction to the ACT and SAT. This session will introduce both tests and highlight key similarities and differences between them. Our experienced instructor will guide you through some sample questions and teach a you few strategies. This free session is open to high school students and their parents.
