Olivia Offenbacker: Administrative Assistant, Educational Programs & Finance

I graduated from James Madison University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Geographic Science. During my undergrad, I was a Teacher Assistant for the Geography department for both Applied Geographic Information Science and Environmental Conservation, Sustainability, and Development classes. I was also a content creator for Geogazine, which is a student-run newsletter for the Geography department. During the 2022 Spring semester, I received the Geography Service Award for my efforts of service with the department and promoting the department within the JMU and Harrisonburg community. I am excited to continue my journey with JMU and to be able to continue helping students thrive in both academic and personal development.

As the Administrative Assistant for Educational Programs & Finance, I handle the scheduling and coordination of our educational programs, answer questions regarding programs, track and monitor off campus cases, and handle the department's budget.
