Casey is the right person to continue to build JMU’s Orientation program towards the best possible experience for our students. I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Casey and get to learn alongside her every day.”

Casey shared “I am excited about this opportunity to lead the Orientation Office and look forward to continuing to support and advocate for our newest Dukes at JMU. I have been fortunate to learn and grow through various positions within Orientation that have provided me with invaluable perspective that will prove useful as Orientation continues to evolve in the best interest of the JMU community. I am honored to lead the department and continue to foster collaborative relationships across campus while making a positive impact on the transition experience for new students.”

Casey enjoys photography and being outdoors, traveling and spending time with her husband, Chris, two sons, Wyatt and Ethan and daughter, Abbie. You can find her in the Orientation office’s new space on the second floor of the Student Success Center, room 2100.
