Welcome to UREC First-Year, Transfer and Graduate Students! We are incredibly excited to introduce you to all UREC has to offer and we have two special events planned to help you get acquainted to our facilities, programs and services. Remember to bring your JACard to swipe in and out of UREC!
UREC-Fest (1787 Orientation) Thursday, August 27, 2015, 9-11pm
Each year, UREC hosts a welcome event for new students (first year and new transfer students) during JMU 1787 Orientation. Come prepared to have fun, whether that be to swim in the pool, climb the rockwall, try a group fitness class, use our fitness equipment, or play some pickup sports. There will be food, music and giveaways as well! If you'd like to work out, appropriate exercise attire is required.
Grad Night - Monday, September 7, 2015, 4pm-6pm
Come to the UREC MAC Gym to learn what UREC has to offer! There will be information specifically for graduate students and games/giveaways.
