PeeksMease teaches communication theory, organizational communication, and courses on intergroup dialogue.

PeekMease’s research focuses on how social bias is built into organizational structures, and how individuals or groups cope with, challenge, and change those structures.

PeeksMease earned a bachelor's degree in Spanish and honors at Villanova University, a master's degree in organizational and intercultural communication at Arizona State University and a doctorate in communication studies at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
