SMC Alumni Spotlight

SUMMARY: We are excited to announce our upcoming SMC Alumni Spotlight series. These spotlights will feature participants from various Senior Managers' Courses (SMC) throughout the years, and will highlight their accomplishments as well as the SMC. The Center for International Stabilization and Recovery (CISR) established the SMC in 2004 through a contract with the U.N. Development Programme, and since then has worked with the Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement in the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Political-Military Affairs to train senior managers in the mine action and conventional weapons destruction field. CISR has trained more than 300 senior managers through these programs.
