Kuwait: Calls to Include Disabled People in Development Plans

"NEW YORK, Feb 5 (KUNA) -- The State of Kuwait Friday called on importance of including issues of the people with disabilities in the development plans, both at national and international levels.
Diplomatic Attache Alya Al-Muzaini said the Special Rapporteur on the right of persons with disabilities, Catalina Devandas, who assumed office in 2014 has a crucially important job which make sure that disabled people enjoyed full rights and freedoms, specially after the adoption of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)."
