Vaccines Coming
The local Central Shenandoah Health District is anticipating an increase in the availability of the COVID-19 vaccine in the coming weeks. If you have not already done so, it is more important than ever for you to pre-register for a vaccine as soon as possible. Click this link to pre-register for the first time or to confirm/update an earlier pre-registration. Or you can call 877-VAX-IN-VA, or 877-829-4682.

Pre-registration indicates that you are eligible for the vaccine. An appointment will still be required to receive the vaccine. You will be contacted with a link or phone call when it is your time to make an appointment. Please monitor your email closely for this important follow-up information. Remember, the best vaccine is the first one offered to you. All are effective in preventing death and severe illness.

Once you have been completely vaccinated, you are encouraged to voluntarily provide this information through MyJMUChart. This will allow JMU to inform various stakeholders of our rate of COVID-19 vaccinations.
