The Madison Center for Community Development is a chartered organization housed within PCE which connects community needs with the intellectual capacity and expertise of JMU faculty and students as well as their research interests. In so doing, it facilitates the continued and expanded development of community-based research and learning through mutually beneficial partnerships.
