Women’s Health & Wellness Program Book Club
The Women’s Health and Wellness Program is designed for women to invest time in themselves, their health, and their well-being. This Spring, we are offering a virtual Book Club designed for college-aged women to dive into the New York Times Bestseller “Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle”. Burnout focuses on unpacking the keys to stress management for women as well as tips to managing emotions and living life to the fullest. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive environment for participants to connect and share their thoughts on “Burnout” and personal experiences!
Participants: Designed for college-aged women (undergraduate and graduate)
When: Monday evenings, March 1 – April 19 (8 weeks), 7:00-8:00 PM
