OWWL 2019 in Review
The 2019 program was a huge success! Participants participated in clinical and exercise testing, a cooking demonstration, a interval training/dance class, and yoga. Additionally, they heard discussions focused on the impact of loneliness on wellness and diabetes. Before leaving, each participant received a personalized exercise prescription created by JMU exercise science students. These prescriptions along with their testing results were explained and demonstrated thoroughly by the Morrison Bruce Center staff. We look forward to next year’s program – stay tuned for updates!
Many alumni will receive program information in the mail; however, please feel free to contact the Morrison Bruce Center at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
