OWWL 2022 in Review

The 2022 program was our first in-person program since the pandemic. Program components included clinical and exercise testing, a cooking demonstration, a sound bathing experience at the Arboretum, and a chair yoga class. Additionally, attendees participated in discussions focused on ecopsychology, immunology, and plant-based diets. Before leaving, each participant received a personalized exercise plan created by JMU exercise science students. These prescriptions, along with testing results, were explained and demonstrated thoroughly by the Morrison Bruce Center staff.
