Mind & Body Book Club
The Mind and Body Book Club is designed for women to invest time in themselves, their health, and their well-being. This Fall, we are offering a virtual Book Club designed for college-aged women to dive into “The How of Happiness”. This book, written by established Doctor of Psychology, Sonja Lyubomirsky, helps individuals to discover the “recipe for happiness”. Throughout the book, Dr. Lyubomirsky discusses methods that are scientifically proven to help improve mental well-being. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive environment for participants to connect and share their thoughts on “The How of Happiness” and personal experiences!
Participants: Designed for college-aged women (undergraduate and graduate)
