Taylor Panneck, ICAD Community Engagement Administrator. Taylor is a fourth-year undergraduate student at James Madison University studying communication studies with a focus in organizational communication and minoring in human resource & development and political science. Taylor has a passion for working with people and specifically helping people create meaningful conversations. She believes that facilitation is not only important for her future career in helping people to make decisions, expand their perspectives, and think outside the box, but that it is a crucial tool to build up the community by helping create a more productive shared space. Taylor is excited to be working with ICAD to help both organize facilitation sessions and guide the conversation during those sessions. She is looking forward to using this opportunity to strengthen her facilitation skills and collaborate with others to see the positive impact it can have on the immediate community and beyond.

Chloe Zientek, ICAD Student Director. Chloe is a fourth-year undergraduate student studying Organizational Communication at James Madison University with a minor in WRTC Studies. Chloe is deeply passionate about collaborating with others and adopting the qualities of a great facilitator. She welcomes the opportunity to discuss new ideas and challenges through active interpersonal communication with others. She strives to help promote and achieve an organization’s ultimate long and short-term goals. Chloe is also involved in Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and Lamba Pi Eta Communication Honor Society. Her participation in these organizations has continuously reinforced her passion for professional communication and collaboration, and she is excited to continue cultivating her facilitation abilities through her work in ICAD. She is most excited about the opportunity to gain more hands-on experience in the communication field and connect with new people.

Jonathan Dennis, ICAD Student Director. Jonathan is an undergraduate student at James Madison University pursuing a degree in Communication studies with a concentration in Organizational Communications. Jonathan sees the process of facilitation as an avenue to understand diverse perspectives and the ability to gain knowledge on the mindset of others. He views ICAD as a great opportunity to accomplish this while bringing people of all walks of life together through meaningful dialogue. Jonathan is also a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity in addition to a member of the Building Manager program within J.M.U. Athletics. He is excited about the experiences ICAD will provide him to connect with others through purposeful conversation.
