On August 3-4, 2017, James Madison University (JMU) partnering with American Military University (AMU) will host a symposium on expected future developments in the field of geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) and how those developments can contribute to anticipating conflict around the world in the coming decade. The goal of the conference is to encourage innovative thinking and networking among experts from academia, business, government, and the military. Registration fee is $50.00.

This will be an interdisciplinary look at how analysis and the fast-moving technology of GEOINT, can help with one of the oldest and most important challenges in intelligence: understanding the origins of conflict.
