Are you feeling stressed?  Overwhelmed?  Do you find it difficult to live in the present moment?

JMU CommonHealth invites you to participate in our Fall 2016 Wellness Campaign: “Keep Calm and Be Well”.  This campaign is intended to help faculty and staff become more aware of their mental and emotional health.  The campaign will run October 10 – December 2, 2016.  During the campaign we are encouraging faculty and staff to take advantage of activities on and off campus that will foster mindfulness and improve emotional wellness. 

Wellness Cards will help you keep track of your wellness activities.  Completed Wellness Cards will be entered into a random drawing for a $100 gift card from The Studio Salon & Day Spa.

Week One:

Here's what you'll need to get started:

  1. A Wellness Card to keep track of your progress through the campaign. 
  2. A list of Wellness Events both on and off campus that will not only help you fill up your card but help you create wellness in your life.
  3. The Five Senses Mindfulness Exercise - Use your senses to feel more centered on a tough day!
  4. Pumpkin coloring page, because who doesn't like to color?

Week Two:
