Fall 2020 Feedback Opportunities

The Center for Global Engagement is committed to providing enriching and worthwhile international experiences for all our students, whether you interact with our department through International Cooperation, International Student and Scholar Services, or Study Abroad. 2020 has been a year like no other, and we know that as the world changes, we need to change with it to ensure we are providing the best services possible. Our department is undergoing our traditional Program Review process to evaluate our internal processes and performance, and student feedback is critical to this process.

Additionally, our theme for I-Week Extended this year is Global Citizenship: Advocacy at Home and Abroad. As we discuss advocacy with the greater campus community, we need to be mindful of our own advocacy efforts -- and we cannot successfully advocate for student needs and concerns without your input!

For all these reasons and more, we have two ways for you to share your current needs, concerns, and other feedback with us:

  1. A survey via QuestionPro, where you will remain anonymous via default (but can give your name if you would like to).
  2. Verbal feedback provided in a conversation over Zoom with 1 or 2 CGE staff. If you'd prefer to talk through your feedback for the CGE, please schedule a Zoom chat with Molly McGillis.

You can find the links to both of these below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Molly McGillis at mcgillmm@jmu.edu, or cge@jmu.edu.

Sincerely,

The Center for Global Engagement
