Jessica Carter

Jessica Carter received her BA in English Literature and minors in Creative Writing and African, African-American, and Diaspora (AAAD) Studies. She is passionate about all forms of speculative fiction, and its propensity to enrich interdisciplinary criticism. She is a second-year MA candidate in the English Department at James Madison University. She worked with Furious Flower during her undergraduate education and has been our graduate assistant since she started her MA program.
