Description: Every supervisor dreams of a high-performing team where things just "click," and people work to accomplish goals beyond the status quo. Session #3: Is your team exhibiting a lack of energy, enthusiasm, or even worse, combative behavior? Sometimes identifying the root cause can be very difficult. This module breaks down manager and employee behaviors which can threaten a team’s culture and environment. Learn how to identify these contributing factors, address them, and move forward to enhance your team’s unity.
