Description: When asked “How Was Your Day?” the answer might be simple and sincere, automatic, or open the door to a long conversation. In this workshop which uses memorable video scenarios in a variety of workplace settings, you will experience open discussion about topics of bias, inclusion, harassment, and bullying. Come to discuss these sensitive topics with colleagues to achieve these learning objectives.

Learning Objectives:
  • What unconscious bias is and how to overcome it
  • Diversity vs. Inclusion
  • The “Rebuttal Brain” and how to turn it off
  • Practical ways to build inclusion
  • Understand what makes a work environment hostile
  • Control tactics of bullies
