Confronting Bias for an Inclusive Workplace (TD1153)

Thu, 8 Sep 2022 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Location: Zoom

Description: This two part session begins with you watching on your own 40 minutes in LinkedIn Learning. Then join others in a virtual room to discuss 15 questions related to the content.

Learn how confronting bias can empower you to step out of your comfort zone and work toward a more inclusive environment. We will explore the concept of a cultural lens and how to use it as a tool to work through differences in interacting with others. In addition, you will learn how unconscious bias affects us all and the ways to counter it in ourselves and others.

Any time prior to the session, you must review the LinkedIn Learning content: Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences.
