Description: The Four Agreements are a powerful framework for showing up at work, and in life, by communicating and behaving in alignment with our values. In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to examine their own values, relate them to JMU’s values, and then use the Four Agreements as a roadmap to ensure that they are communicating and behaving in alignment with their values.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify the Four Agreements and how they apply at work
  • Learn language patterns that encourage positive relationship building and goal achievement
  • Identify strategies to not take things personally and to not make assumptions about other’s intentions
  • Identify the values that motivate you to do your best
  • Examine how doing your best at work is impacted by internal and external factors
