This workshop is offered exclusively as part of the JMU Safety Champion Series.

Description: Active Shooter, Terrorism and Disaster Psychology - Learn actions to take when confronted with an active shooter and responding to law enforcement officers. Learn the various types of terrorism and how to best protect yourself and others. Disaster Psychology deals with the aftermath of any type of disaster. What emotions you or others may feel and how to deal with those emotions.

  • Handling terrorism, active shooter, bomb threats and the psychological factors that help us
  • Have fun and make a difference!
