Wed, 21 Oct 2020 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Location: Wine-Price Building

How you care for your brain determines how well it will help you do what you want to do in ways that achieve great results with least effort. We will review exercise, sleep, and stress as the key factors that determine the ability of your brain to do its job well. Exercises and activities will demonstrate wiring, attention, memory, senses, vision, and music as components we can use to improve our brain's functions.

Learning Obejectives:

  • Become motivated to consider making healthy lifestyle changes
  • Identify the weaknesses and strengths within your life regarding exercise, sleep, and stress
  • Interpret the inner workings of your brain: wiring, attention and memory
  • Recognize the impact of sensory integration, vision, and music on the ability to perform well in the workplace
