Discover how your personality type and your personal choices can help or hinder your attempts at time management. Learn to: recognize obstacles, use technology to save time instead of wasting it, create a daily plan, the secret to maintaining a reasonable workload, avoid information overload, control paperwork and screen information, and much more. Through concepts, tips, tricks, real-life examples and discussion, find out how to improve your time management and work flow.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Conduct a time audit to discover how your time is being used
  • Identify optimal personal energy levels to schedule tasks most effectively
  • Discuss personality characteristics that affect time management
  • Explain planning using “Eat That Frog” strategy
  • Distinguish between urgent and important tasks
  • Recognize difference between long-term and short-term goals
  • Develop an action plan for better time management
