Listening is more important than talking, yet it can be the hardest skill to develop. How long do you listen? When do you interject? Who is the leader in the conversation? Join us to figure these things out AND how to gracefully exit any conversation, at any time.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Identify the traits of a good listener
  • Assess your skill level as a listener
  • Establish a plan for increasing skills as a listener
  • Practice listening with different types of speakers
  • Practice exiting conversations
