Session Description: Customer Service in Your Own Backyard

Session Four will help prospective leaders understand that those they lead may be their most important customers. After completing this professional development course, you will be able to:

  • Identify all of your customers, both internal and external
  • Apply basic customer service tips to the employees within your department
  • Create a strategy for building appropriate relationships with those you may lead
  • Develop ways to balance office friendships with business relationships
