Preparing for Tenure or Promotion (Madison Career Fellows)

This Madison Career Fellows group invites pre-tenure and pre-promotion faculty members to join a community of colleagues working towards tenure or promotion, focusing on areas for improvement that they have identified, for example, in their mid-tenure reviews.

Participants will have the opportunity to set goals together, give and elicit feedback, hold each other accountability, and connect to university resources. The career fellows will meet six times over the course of the semester. Optimal success requires participants to attend all sessions.

Define your career goals, give and receive feedback, maintain accountability, and connect to university resources. This group will meet (in-person) on Wednesdays August 31, September 7, 14, 21, 28, October 5 from 1pm-3pm.

Application deadline: Tuesday, 8/26/2022 at 5PM.
