When faculty mentoring relationships go well, both mentoring partners learn, grow, and thrive. A lot goes into cultivating and nurturing productive mentoring relationships, and sometimes these relationships go poorly. How can mentoring relationships go wrong and how can that be avoided? Join colleagues for this online roundtable to share strategies and ideas for productive faculty mentoring.
