Constantly feeling on the edge of burnout (and not sure on which side of the edge)? In this faculty conversation, facilitators will first share approaches in the literature for setting boundaries in work. Next, there will be a group discussion on the challenges associated with setting boundaries. Finally, there will be a roundtable conversation on ways participants have found helpful in setting boundaries in their professional contexts.
