Learning is social—we learn from each other, even if the other is the author of a textbook. How can we make use of the social aspect of learning in our classes? This workshop explores team learning approaches that can be used in any course to develop teamworking skills, build community, increase student engagement, and increase opportunity for instructor feedback. This workshop will highlight a variety of approaches that you can use in your courses, right now. Particular consideration will be paid to how we can employ group learning in online contexts.

Facilitated by: Andreas Broscheid, CFI and College of Arts & Letters
