Faculty who participate in Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) can at times feel siloed and unheard in their endeavors.   This Madison Fellowship is a self-directed community focused on proving a space for collaboration and support for JEDI scholars. In addition the fellows will connect with campus resources and provide mutual accountability.  Participants will share their individual needs and define the group focus for the semester. Participants will meet twice a month this Fall.  After the first meeting, the group will reach out to appropriate JMU campus entities, such as the Associate Provost Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity, to get their needs met.  The group could also choose to use the time to focus on completing a current project.

Facilitator: Gilpatrick Hornsby, College of Business, and CFI

Partner: Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity
