Seeking renewal for writing projects? Engage in a three-day writing retreat with a community of faculty writers at Mountain Valley Retreat Center at the base of Massanutten Mountain near Harrisonburg, VA.  Stimulate creativity and reconnect with scholarship passions as participants reflect, dialogue, and engage in advancing a writing project.  Enjoy contemplative practices such as mindfulness mediation, nature walks, music, and more. Also learn more about technologies to increase writing motivation and minimize the distractions facing faculty teaching in a digital age. Renew as a writer and move toward completion of a scholarly and/or creative project. Overnight stay encouraged, but optional.  Facilitation, meals, and housing will be provided courtesy of the Center for Faculty Innovation.
