1. Open Outlook 2016. In the top left of the screen, click Outlook and select Preferences.

  1. In the Outlook Preferences window, click Accounts under the Personal Settings section.

  1. Click the Add Email Account button, or the Plus Icon down at the bottom-left of the screen to add an account.

  1. Enter your Dukes Email Address, and then click Continue.

  1. Enter your Dukes Email Password, and then click Sign In.

  1. You will be prompted for Duo Authentication,at which point you will approve via Push or Passcodes.
    Note:     This will only need to be done once.

  1. The email account is now configured for access with Outlook
