Sarah Carpenter is a Senior Manager in Global Partnerships at Google in Mountain View, California.

Currently Sarah leads the acquisitions strategy and execution for Google's programmatic, display, and app businesses. Her experience started in SEM at Merkle and since joining Google has grown across display and social media, programmatic sales, product commercialization, and team development. Sarah leads the Americas hiring strategy for Google's partnerships team, as well as the learning & development strategy for women in Global Partnerships.  

Sarah graduated from James Madison University with a BBA in Marketing.
