The GETI Directory is a collection of information about small arms/light weapons, landmine and explosive remnants of war training and education opportunities in one publication. All information has been submitted voluntarily by course providers. The Directory focuses on training and education related to:

  • small-arms/light-weapons
  • threat reduction or disarmament
  • landmine detection or removal
  • explosive ordnance and remnants of war disposal
  • weapons security and arms control

Topical sections include:

  • technical clearance security
  • policy, management, and post-conflict development

The Directory includes courses designed for military and/or civilian personnel. Courses range in type from certification classes to full academic programs.

Funding for the first edition of the GETI Directory was provided by the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement. For more information about WRA, visit: http://www.state.gov/t/pm/wra/.
