Mission Statement:
(Programme des jeunes ambassadeurs pour l'action contre les mines) YMAAP is a joint initiative of Mines Action Canada, the Canadian Red Cross, and the Mine Action Team of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade that aims to facilitate sustainable community action and awareness to ban landmines. It is a unique internship program for Canadian youth to develop and deliver outreach programs about the landmine issue with Canadians.
